At US Ghost Adventures, we want to ensure your paranormal investigations are powered by reliable technology. If your equipment is defective or doesn't meet your ghost-hunting needs, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the device, along with all original cables, manuals, and accessories, back into its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, your refund or replacement device will be processed within 5-7 business days.
